The loop is a fundamental component of digital music and live performance, but each channel of looping generally requires specialized hardware to use, and usually only allows at most a few separate loops, permanently synchronized together.
Introducing the Holophonor! An open-sourced software looping instrument that can record any number of simultaneous or synchronized loops on a computer small as a raspberry pi, able to work with with most common USB hardware!

Use any MIDI device attached to trigger loop events, or act as a synthesizer
Sync loops to a master time clock
Create loops of different lengths to build a longer musical form
